Following the graduation of Senior Course 120 (SC 120), in late July and early August the NATO Defense College (NDC) will be less busy during the short two-week break in the academic calendar. NDC Staff members will use this time to prepare for the next academic year, which starts in mid-August with the arrival of Senior Course 121. Until then, routine maintenance will be carried out to ensure that incoming Course Members can hit their stride purposefully as soon as they settle in.
The NDC's academic activity will start again on 13th August, with the so-called "Pre-Course Refresher Language Training". This will be followed by Reporting Week, during which new Course Members have ample opportunity to become acquainted with the NDC environment and procedures.
