The NATO Executive Development Programme (NEDP-9) at the NATO Defense College
The NATO Defense College was honoured to host the NATO Executive Development Programme (NEDP) during the second week of January.
NDC Commandant LtGen Chris Whitecross (CAN F) welcomed the 27 Course Members, from different NATO bodies, on Monday 8 January 2018. Participants attended the Senior Course lectures concerning the geopolitical importance of certain regions such as Central Asia, the Black Sea region, the Western Balkans, China, Japan and the Koreas, affording varied insights into a rapidly changing world.
The NATO Executive Development Programme included Q&A sessions related to the lectures, as well as other discussions and leadership sessions.
The College has been proudly associated with the NEDP since 2009. This programme is designed specifically for NATO civilians at mid-management levels, with the aim to build and develop a network of talented international civilians from across the Alliance.
