The Integrated Partner Orientation Course (IPOC 2018/2) and Modular Short Course (MSC 133/2) were held this week at the NATO Defense College
Entitled “NATO: Present and Future”, and running in conjunction with NDC Senior Course 133, these courses focused on the role and character of NATO, including its organization, policies and activities; the contribution of the Alliance to security; and the adaptations necessary to remain relevant to the changing security environment and the demands of current operations.
Participants were welcomed by NDC Commandant LtGen Chris Whitecross. During the week they attended lectures on various topics, such as ‘Crisis Management’, ‘Projecting Stability’ and ‘The Post-Cold War Order: Challenges and Implications’.
The week ended with delivery of course certificates to all 30 participants.
