Admiral Stavridis' lecture was entitled, “Applying the Four Strategics in a Multinational Environment”. In his address to Course Members, he offered personal insights on the four elements that form strategic leadership: thinking, planning, culture and communication.
Whilst the Senior Course and the NATO Regional Cooperation Course are two different courses with different programs, they share lectures when the topics covered are relevant to both curricula. On this occasion, the common topic was Strategic and Emotional (Cultural) quotients.
