I worked for a Korean government-led Institute for over 10 years in the maritime sector, specifically in international negotiations on sustainable fisheries with Regional Fisheries Management Organizations. For the time, I drew up drafts of all relevant negotiation papers and made the final report for the Korean government.
In 2022, I had a visiting scholarship at NATO-CCDCOE (Cyber Security Center) in Tallinn, Estonia. After that, I am continuously working with NATO on cyberinfrastructure like NATO-MARSEC COE in Istanbul.
My major research fields are cyberinfrastructure, AI governance, attribution of State acts in non-state actors, cyber terrorism and state immunity. My PhD thesis is on “State Jurisdictions on Protecting Submarine Cables on the High Seas as Cyber Infrastructure”.
