United States Army Fellow

LTC Michelle E. Martinez is a United States Army Research Fellow and faculty member at the NATO Defense College. LTC Martinez has been in the U.S. Army for 27 years, and has served in various staff and leadership positions, including Company and Battalion Command. She has had several overseas assignments and worked alongside partner nations from all over the world including, Germany, Korea, Italy and several central and South American countries.

She holds a BA in Criminal Justice with emphasis in Juvenile Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Masters Degree from the University of Oklahoma in Human Relations, she also speaks fluent Spanish.
