Kuwait: MSC P Gulf<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Modular Short Course – Partners Gulf (MSC-P Gulf) is a course organized by the NATO-ICI Regional
Centre in collaboration with the NATO Defense College.
The purpose is to analyze NATO’s historical and current role in the global security environment, focusing on
the new systemic global order, current threats, vulnerabilities, and challenges. It also seeks to clarify NATO’s
structure, core tasks, processes, policies, and actions.
The course is designed to foster a debate on the Alliance’s role and contributions, both as a military and
political organization, within the contemporary international security landscape.
The course is targeted at military officers ranked Colonel (OF-5), as well as civilian equivalents, from Gulf
Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The course is delivered in English and features live-streamed sessions from the NATO Defense College,
complemented by in-person discussions at NIRC, where NDC subject matter experts moderate and facilitate
the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mauritania: GFOAC P Sahel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Within the overall framework of the NDC\u2019s engagement with the G5 Sahel Defense College (G5SDC), the aim of
the GFOAC-P Sahel is twofold.
Firstly, to support NATO\u2019s engagement in the Sahel region as part of the Southern Neighborhood Action Plan,
Secondly to support the development of capabilities of G5SDC by providing an opportunity to run a strategic
level course within the premises of the G5SDC.
Lectures on NATO and the current security environment intent to stimulate exchange of perspective and views
on a critical region for the security of the Alliance and for Europe in a very sensitive and instable period.
The GFOAC-P Sahel offers a platform for NATO outreach in the region beyond Mauritania. In close cooperation
with the G5SDC, NDC invites representatives from Mediterrenean Dialogue and Non-NATO Entities (NNEs)
bordering the Sahel to attend the seminar. Their participation facilitates engagement with non-Allies and
