The NDC Next Generation fellowship operates as a standing problem-solving capability for NATO. It moves away from the traditional model of annual academic fellowships to maintain a permanent network of early-career professionals whose membership is defined by their ongoing engagement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fellowship prioritises technical and functional expertise\u2014for instance in engineering, electronic warfare, civil-military relations\u2014over area studies. We seek specialists who possess both deep subject-matter mastery and the agility to apply that knowledge to diverse, cross-disciplinary challenges. This allows the network to bridge the gap between siloed technical skill sets and NATO\u2019s broader operational requirements. <\/p>\n\n\n
