They also conducted team building exercises and participated in Committees to examine the strategic issues facing the North Atlantic Alliance. According to Dr. Diekmann, feedback from the participants was very positive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Participants enjoyed in particular the quality of the lectures, the committee work approach as a means to prepare for and debrief lectures, as well as the quality of reflection and facilitation during the committee work.
