It is a project that NATO is still struggling to implement. Announcements that the force would be fully operational proved to be premature and many of the intended objectives still have to be met. Moreover, the force has never been deployed in a real military operation, despite the fact that NATO is fighting a war in Afghanistan &ndash; definitely a &ldquo;high end operation&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Where does the NRF concept stand today? And what are the stumbling blocks preventing the efficient use of NATO&rsquo;s crisis reaction force?
