One of the key issues will be NATO&#8217;s defense commitments in accordance with Article 5 of the Washington Treaty.<\/p>\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Those who opt for NATO&#8217;s readiness for military operations far beyond the Alliance territory, the &quot;Expeditionaries&quot;, will be challenged by the &quot;Collective Defenders&quot; &#8211; those countries who want NATO to focus more on self-defense.
