Hooker<\/a>, Dean of the NATO Defense College, participated in <strong>&#8220;The 7th International Conference: Strategies XXI: The Universe of Military Science&#8221;<\/strong> which was held at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unap.ro\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Carol I National Defence University's web site\">Carol I National Defence University<\/a> in Bucharest, Romania, from April 13 to April 15. The conference aimed to present the results of the scientific research within the \u201cCarol I\u201d National Defence University in several research areas and to extend cooperation and collaboration between military and civilian universities and research institutes.
