This wish springs not only from my perspective as a \u201cfounding father\u201d who wants to see his \u201ccreation\u201d develop and thrive, but also from my strong conviction that Vox Collegii can actively contribute to fostering the NDC mission. <\/p>\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">In the last issue we published two features previewing the Chicago Summit, which this time is again the subject of two articles \u2013 with the focus now on analyzing the decisions actually taken (or not taken) there by the NATO leadership. In a related perspective, the remarks of the NDC Commandant at the annual Conference of Commandants examine prospects in the educational field after the Summit. Again with an eye to the future, we propose a reflection on strategic communication and another on the future of Afghanistan post-2014.<\/p>\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Finally, we focus on the NDC Internship Programme, and on the role played in the College by young and talented interns who represent the future leadership of national and international organizations. <\/p>\n<p><em><br \/>LtCol.
