Bridger.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Since 2008, NATO has been engaged in international counter-piracy efforts off the Horn of Africa with the mandate for its current mission, Operation Ocean Shield, set to expire in 2014.  With the number of regional piracy attacks significantly diminished, the question facing Allies is should the mandate be renewed?
