Philippe Zeller; (l to r) LtGen Whitecross, MGen Valentin and Ambassador Zeller<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">The NATO Defense College had the pleasure to host a very interesting and fruitful visit by the French Ambassador to the Holy See, and former Ambassador to Canada, HE Philippe Zeller.<\/p>\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">The Ambassador was welcomed by the Commandant, LtGen Chris Whitecross (CAN F).<br \/>\nHe was then briefed on the College\u2019s history, mission and areas of responsibility by Director of Academic Operations MGen Pascal Valentin (FRA F).\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Concluding with a tour of the NDC premises, the visit offered the Ambassador an overview of the NDC\u2019s unique contribution to NATO\u2019s educational, research and outreach activities. <\/p>\n<p><em>NDC Public Affairs Office<br \/>(Prepared by Mr Marco Marcucci, ITA C)<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NDC Commandant Lieutenant General Chris Whitecross welcomes the Ambassador of France to the Holy See H.E.
