The final lecture for SC 137 Study Period, Strategic Thinking & Leadership, and the first lecture for the NRCC\u2019s Study Period, The Global Security Environment, was given by Admiral (Ret.) James Stavridis (USA) former Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR). <\/p>\n
Admiral Stavridis’ lecture was entitled, \u201cApplying the Four Strategics in a Multinational Environment<\/em>\u201d. In his address to Course Members, he offered personal insights on the four elements that form strategic leadership: thinking, planning, culture and communication.<\/p>\n Whilst the Senior Course and the NATO Regional Cooperation Course are two different courses with different programs, they share lectures when the topics covered are relevant to both curricula.
