The Committee Study Project (CSP) presentations took place on 8 and 9 July 2021 as part of Senior Course 138. The CSP represents the culmination of individual and group learning, encompassed into an assignment designed to reflect selected learning outcomes of the Senior Course. <\/p>\n
Committees presented their CSPs in the NDC Auditorium in front of the SC, Faculty Advisors, the Command Group and special guests: Dr Dirk Dubois, Head of the European Security and Defence College; and RADM Giacinto Ottaviani, President of the Centre for Higher Defence Studies in Rome. The topics of the 30-minute presentations ranged from \u201c\u201cHow should NATO’s partnerships change to reflect the evolving security environment?\u201d, and \u201cHow can NATO maintain its competitive military advantage?\u201d to \u201cWhat is the future of NATO’s crisis management operations?\u201d or “What are the possible military contexts \/ scenarios for which NATO must prepare?”. After the presentations and Q&As, NDC Dean Dr Stephen Mariano, special guests and NDC Commandant, LGEN Olivier Rittimann, delivered feedback and closing remarks. The day closed with the End of Senior Course dinner. <\/p>\n
