On 16 and 17 March, the NDC hosted its second Annual Meeting of NDC Senior Non-Resident Associate Fellows, bringing together 32 participants from the Research Division\u2019s extensive network of experts. The event fostered collaboration, deepening the College\u2019s reach into specialized fields critical to the Alliance\u2019s strategic interests.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over two days, Non-Resident Senior Associates, Resident Fellows, and Researchers from the NDC Research Division convened in Rome to engage in a series of peer-led panels and sessions. The event provided a forum for high-level knowledge exchange and the presentation of diverse perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the opening remarks by the Director of the NDC Research Division, Dr Florence Gaub, the sessions covered some of NATO\u2019s most prominent strategic imperatives such as the evolution of grey-zone warfare and the increased significance of the cognitive and cyber battlefields. The participants also explored methodologies for anticipating future conflict, with a particular focus on strategic foresight and wargaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the formal agenda, the event offered various networking opportunities, strengthening professional ties and laying the groundwork for future research partnerships and joint projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
