Current training focuses heavily on technical skills, often overlooking essential leadership qualities such as creativity, resilience and emotional intelligence, which are crucial for effective command in joint operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-cf4f1b\">\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Successful space leaders must cultivate the interconnected qualities of individual agility, trust, resilience and self-awareness to navigate the complexities of this domain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-fc1cd6\">\n<li class=\"eplus-wrapper\">To develop effective space leaders, NATO should integrate leadership training with technical education, prioritize cross-domain collaboration
