On 10 and 11 December, 2020, the NDC Research Division held a webinar on NATO Partnerships and Security Networks. This is the last of a series of three online events organized in cooperation with the Policy Planning Unit at NATO Headquarters, in the context of the NATO2030 process launched by NATO Secretary General in June 2020.
The webinar explored the present and future of NATO’s partnerships, looking in sequence at ‘Partnering with third countries’, ‘Partnering with international organizations’, and ‘Partnering with non-state actors’.
The participants to the webinar represented a combination of experts from academic institutions, national governments, and think tanks in addition to representatives from NATO Headquarters and SHAPE.
The webinar’s background paper will be published in a Research Paper in early 2021.
