NDC Sponsors Annual Conference on Russia

This year, the conference took place on March 4-5. Dr. Marc Ozawa from the NDC Research Division participated on a panel titled, “Is there a Global Anti-Russia?”, and spoke on the degree to which Europe is unified with respect to Russia. He was joined by Prof. Viacheslav Morozov (University of Tartu), Mr. James Sherr (International Centre for Defence and Security – Estonia) and Ambassador Batu Kutelia (Foreign Policy Research Institute). The panel was moderated by Dr. Sandis Šrāders (Baltic Defence College).

This is the second time that NDC has sponsored the Annual Conference on Russia, which usually takes place in Tartu, Estonia. This year, the event was virtual.
