Paris, France – On 18 November 2022, the NDC and the Institut de Recherche stratégique de l’Ecole militaire (IRSEM) co-hosted their annual Joint Conference, focused on ‘Perceptions of the Strategic Landscape and Technological Implications’.
The event took place over the course of three panels, with each examining recent evolutions in the international security landscape, including how these evolutions impact NATO’s role and activities in the domain of emerging and disruptive technologies. The Joint Conference featured Camille Grand, Distinguished Policy Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) as keynote speaker.
