On 10 June, the Third Senior Executive Regional Conference (SERC 3) had the privilege to host the Deputy Chairman of the NATO Military Committee (DCMC), LtGen Mark O. Schissler (USA F), and a number of other distinguished guests.
The DCMC
addressed Course participants on NATO-led operations in a wide-ranging geopolitical context.
LtGen Schissler was followed by another highly authoritative speaker, Dr Zafar Nawaz Jaspal (PAK C).
An exceptional day’s programme was completed by a particularly rewarding discussion with the speakers.
