The two-day Russia Seminar took place at the NATO Defense College on Monday and Tuesday 29-30 April.
A number of invited experts delivered briefings regarding Russia, from both Russian and Western perspectives, touching upon many crucial Russia-related topics: domestic and foreign policy, threat perceptions, foreign relations, military outlook, and relations with NATO. A comprehensive Q&A session gave rise to thought-provoking and stimulating discussion of key issues.
On the second day, eight working groups looked in greater detail at a number of these topics, with the speakers acting as mentors. The Seminar, which was very well received by all participants, concluded with an excellent closing discussion in the Auditorium.
