On Tuesday 25 September, a delegation from the German Helicopter Squadron 64 Flight Operations /Air Traffic Control visited the College as part of their military education programme in Rome, in order to gain deeper insight into the NDC’s mission.
The delegation of 27 was welcomed by CAPT (N) Matthias Altmeier, Faculty Advisor and German Senior National Representative at the NDC. The group then visited the premises, and attended a lecture on the European Union and the EU’s Common Security and Defence Policy, delivered by Dr Peter Van Ham (NLD) and Amb Gabor Iklody (HUN), in the Maynard-Thorn Auditorium.
