Today the NATO Defense College hosted around 45 Officers from the Italian 5th Joint Logistic Course, who attended today’s lecture in the main auditorium on “The European Union’s Common Security and Defense Policy”.
The speaker, Prof. Julian LINDLEY-FRENCH, focused on the strategic aims of European Security and Defence Policy, which will strengthen the EU’s external operational capability through the development of Civil-Military Cooperation in Conflict Prevention and Crisis Management. The implications for the NATO Alliance were also outlined.
The delegation was accompanied by Brigadier General LUNELLI, who is a Logistics Course lecturer.
