On 12 November 2020, Senior Course 137 paid a virtual visit to the Allied Joint Force Command in Naples (JFC Naples) to learn about its core activities and mission.
The day began with a Command Brief about JFC Naples, the Command’s main tasks, and key challenges. The second topic covered was the NATO Mission Iraq, accompanied by an overview of the work they are conducting within the framework of “Projecting Stability”.
The last session of the day was on COVID-19, the Civil-Military Interaction and Cooperation (CIMIC), how NATO has responded to the pandemic, and the way forward.
All the sessions were followed by a Q&A.
