The aim of the visit was to provide a general overview of the NDC’s mission and activities, and its unique academic role within NATO.
GEN Paolo Ruggiero assumed his duties as DSACT in July 2019. He was previously Deputy Commander NATO Land Command in Izmir, Turkey, and Deputy Commander for Transition of the NATO “Resolute Support” mission in Afghanistan.
