After visiting Spain, NRCC-24 took a virtual visit to NATO HQ in Brussels. The lectures from the International Military Staff (IMS) and the NATO International Staff focused on the emerging challenges from the South and NATO’s “2030 vision”.
After the welcome remarks, the Deputy Director of the Cooperative Security Division of the IMS connected virtually from NATO HQ in Brussels with the Ismay Auditorium to address participants on additional engagement for the MENA Region and emerging challenges from the South.
The second lecture by the Director of Security Policy and Partnerships, Political Affairs and Security Policy Division in the NATO International Staff discussed new orientations for the South as part of the Secretary General’s “2030 vision”.
