According to the bid documentation, the mandatory survey will take place on 23 April, starting at 07:30.

CIS and Logistic will be present as Operational Responsible People.

Each participant will be assigned a one-hour slot, with an additional 30-minute buffer between slots to avoid any overlap or contact between participants.

Please note that, at this stage, due logistic and technical reasons, 23 April is the only available date.

Should the number of interested participants exceed the available slots, the NDC will manage the situation accordingly.
