Today, a group of 50 students from the University Roma Tre, who are following the Master’s degee course in Peacekeeping and Security Studies at the Faculty of Political Science, visited the Nato Defense College. After listening to Colonel Fortuna’s general overview of the NDC’s mission and activities, the students attended a panel lecture to the Senior Course on NATO and the Transatlantic link, given by Mr Sloan (USA) and Amb. Geleyn (BEL). At the end of the morning Colonel Fortuna accompanied the group on a guided tour of the College.
In the afternoon Colonel Fortuna delivered a lecture on NATO evolution and transformation, covering the history and structure of the organization, “clash events” and possible perspectives for the Alliance.
